The closing went well. All was as it was represented to be and we are very pleased with your services; you were able to lock us into an extremely favorable rate — better than we ever expected. You also made it very convenient for us with use of e-mail for the application process. I don’t remember if I already mentioned this to you, but the day before you called me, Charles Schwab contacted me with an offer to refinance. They told us that we were getting a really great deal because, after paying their low closing costs, we would break even in 5 months! I was pretty sure you would be calling us, and you did. In our judgement, we received a lower rate and there were no closing costs.
